The Asociaci\u00f3n Blockchain Costa Rica (Asoblockchain) is proud to announce and organize Hacker House Costa Rica 2025 as Costa Rica\u2019s official participation in the global Celestia Mamothon hackathon. This exciting event will take place from Tuesday, February 4th, to Friday, February 7th, 2025, at the Republic Workplace in San Pedro, with the invaluable support of C\u00famulo Pro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hacker House Costa Rica 2025 will serve as a collaborative hub for talented developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and innovators from across the country. It is a unique opportunity to showcase Costa Rica’s growing expertise, vision and creativity in blockchain development on a global stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will enjoy a dynamic and supportive environment designed to foster creativity and innovation. Registered Costa Rican teams will have access to a dedicated workspace, creating an ideal atmosphere to brainstorm, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life. The event will feature exclusive talks from industry leaders, offering insights into modular blockchain technology and its potential applications. Participants will also receive direct mentorship from ecosystem experts, ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to refine and execute their projects. To keep spirits high and creativity flourishing, participants will enjoy meals, lovingly referred to as \u2018brain fuel,\u2019 served throughout the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Celestia Mamothon? \u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Celestia Mamothon is a global hackathon organized by Encode<\/strong> and the Celestia Foundation<\/strong>, bringing together visionary developers and creators to explore and innovate using modular blockchain technology. Celestia\u2019s modular data availability (DA) network is designed to securely scale with the number of users, making it easier than ever for anyone to launch their own blockchain.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hackathon officially kicks off on February 1st, 2025, and offers a $250,000<\/strong> prize pool for projects that stand out in creativity, execution, and impact. Participants are encouraged to take on one of several exciting challenges, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
