On March 08, 2023 Association Blockchain Costa Rica (AsoBlockchain) and Crypto Charlie organized the special event “Dia de Mujer“to celebrate and empower women in the crypto and blockchain industry. This event was specifically designed to highlight the talents and contributions of women in this exciting and dynamic field.

At the Dia de Mujer event, we had the pleasure of hearing from several prominent women in the crypto and blockchain industry. Eva, representing Crypto Charlie, shared her vision for a hub of crypto activity in Costa Rica. It was an inspiring presentation that highlighted the potential for growth and innovation in this field.

Karla Cordoba, vice president of the Blockchain Association, shared details about the development of the Association and its commitment to projects that attract investment to Costa Rica. Including fascinating life path story of ReFi project named Cambiatus.

Roxana Zamora also shared her ideas about the Metaverse and the latest advances in her exciting project, Criptoverse Plax and the creative ways it could be used in the future.

Finally, Andrea Barrantes from Venus Protocol shared her inspiring story and discussed the first steps of web3 giving a glimpse into the possibilities of this emerging technology.
